Welcome to BetaPack, Karla!

Written by BetaPack A/S | 02.09.24

We’re excited to welcome Karla Sondaj Sørensen as our new apprentice at BetaPack!

Karla is currently in the second part of her Sales Assistant education, and over the next two years, she’ll be combining hands-on training with studies at Aarhus Business College.

At BetaPack, Karla will gain experience across several areas, particularly in both our packaging and construction divisions. This gives her valuable insight into how we work with customer solutions, product guidance, and sustainability across different segments. We believe in practical, real-world learning – and our apprentices are involved in meaningful tasks from day one, because that’s where learning adds the most value.

Karla brings a strong background and a great attitude. She has nearly six years of experience from Bog & Idé in Horsens, where she handled everything from receiving goods and stocking to customer service, merchandising, and store operations. She has shown strong responsibility, curiosity, and the ability to stay organised – all qualities we truly value at BetaPack. On top of that, she brings a positive energy and a great sense of structure to the team.

As an apprentice, Karla will be a natural part of our day-to-day rhythm and workplace culture. We look forward to supporting her professional and personal development. It's important to us that our apprentices feel empowered to take responsibility, contribute meaningfully, and grow through hands-on learning.

Bringing in apprentices doesn’t just foster learning for them – it brings fresh perspectives and inspiration to us, too. Every time we teach, we learn something new ourselves.

Welcome to the team, Karla – we’re excited about the journey ahead and all we’ll create together!
