A collaboration between BetaPack and Them Andelsmejeri

Since 2019, BetaPack has been supplying packaging to Them Andelsmejeri – specifically corrugated cardboard packaging used to transport their cheeses from the dairy to supermarket chains across the country. Over time, Them Andelsmejeri has gradually moved all of their cardboard packaging to BetaPack – and there are several reasons why.

For Them Andelsmejeri, it means a great deal that BetaPack is a Danish company located nearby. This provides significant flexibility – both in the daily collaboration and in situations where things need to move faster and challenges must be solved quickly.

Always an efficient solution to any challenge

At BetaPack, we always do our utmost to find the right solution as quickly as possible – and most of the time, we succeed on the first or second attempt. This is something that Them Andelsmejeri also benefits from, and Karina highlights one particular example:

“When we installed a new packaging line with new products, we needed to find new packaging for transporting them. BetaPack was immediately ready to solve our challenge with construction adjustments to the packaging. They showed up in person and measured everything to ensure a perfect fit. At first, they came back with a box without a lid – to save packing time – but it didn’t work optimally. The very next day, BetaPack returned, reviewed everything, and within a week delivered a new box that met all expectations and requirements. The process was incredibly fast, and that is exactly why we value our collaboration so highly” says Karina.

A focus on continuous optimization

Mutual sparring, good dialogue, and a high level of service form the foundation of a successful collaboration – and that certainly applies to the partnership between BetaPack and Them Andelsmejeri.

“We have an ongoing dialogue with Them Andelsmejeri about what works for them and what can be optimized. They have a large and advanced packing facility with many automated packaging lines, so we need to ensure that our solutions make handling the packaging work as convenient as possible – both to optimize internal processes and to ensure customer satisfaction, all the way to the end consumer. At the same time, we focus on minimizing material usage in our solutions, and we continuously measure the CO2 impact of the packaging” says Jonas Krog Toft, Sales Manager at BetaPack.

To further optimize processes, we also stock packaging for Them Andelsmejeri. This allows us to produce in large quantities, minimize unit costs, and improve delivery times.
