To enter into a purchase agreement with BetaPack via www.betapack.dk, we require the following information:

• Address / Delivery address / Opening hours for goods reception
• Telephone number
• CVR number
• Email address for invoicing
• Name of contact person
• Telephone number of contact person

We register your company and personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you and to be able to contact you if situations arise where we need to get in touch. This information is stored on our servers and may be deleted if the account has not been active for five years.

When company and personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this always takes place with your explicit consent through acceptance of our terms and conditions, so that you are informed about which information is collected and why.

Only administrative employees have access to personal data. The data controllers for betapack.dk are all employees of BetaPack A/S. Information provided on betapack.dk is not sold to third parties, and no sensitive personal data is ever registered. Only strictly necessary information, such as delivery details, is shared with relevant third parties, e.g. transport providers. As a customer of betapack.dk, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information registered about you. Privacy policy – BetaPack’s use of personal and company data
