At BetaPack A/S, we always work hard to deliver flawless products. Unfortunately, errors may occasionally occur at our manufacturers or damage may happen during transport.
On this page, you will find our forms that must be completed if you have a claim or transport damage. This ensures that we receive all necessary information and can handle your case quickly and efficiently.
If you are a private individual and have a claim related to our construction products, please contact the contractor who carried out the work – or the retailer where you purchased the product.
Guidance for completing the form:

- Attach the completed form along with valid photo documentation in an email and send it to reklamation@betapack.dk
