alpha Universal vapour barrier tape is a flexible tape suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It is used for permanent joints in both the interior and exterior building envelope. The tape is flexible but non-stretchable, making it suitable for sealing between vapour barrier sheets as well as detailed areas in the airtightness layer – such as around rafters or beams.

Product information

alpha Universal vapour barrier tape can also be used on roofing underlays and wind barriers. The tape must be centred over the joint with at least 2 cm of adhesion on each surface. alpha Universal tape features a strong adhesive that bonds aggressively to PE, PP, wood, and metal.

Product information is declared for the Nordic Ecolabelling of New Buildings in accordance with generations 3 and 4. The product is not certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.
