alpha UV Tape is a flexible and durable tape developed for secure, long-lasting sealing of wind barriers, roofing underlays, and vapour barriers. It combines a strong, water-resistant adhesive with high UV resistance – making it ideal for the demanding Nordic climate.
Available in two widths – 60 mm and 75 mm – both provide excellent coverage and high sealing performance at joints. The extra width offers additional security, especially for wide overlaps or uneven surfaces.
With fast, permanent adhesion, the tape bonds reliably to common construction materials such as wind barriers, underlays, vapour barriers, aluminium, and both rough and planed wood – all without the need for primer. Its flexible design makes it easy to handle and ideal for sealing corners, overlaps, and edges.
alpha UV Tape is resistant to weather and UV exposure and can be used for up to 24 months in exposed areas without losing adhesive strength. Suitable for both temporary and permanent sealing of the building envelope – on site and in the finished structure.
