alpha Yellow Vapour Barrier Tape

alpha Yellow vapour barrier tape is a paper-based tape used for sealing joints between vapour barrier sheets. It is designed for permanent airtight joints within the airtightness layer. The tape can easily be torn by hand, making it well suited for overhead work and other hard-to-reach areas.

Product information

This vapour barrier tape is non-flexible and should therefore only be used for airtight joints along straight sections. It adheres to PE and PP surfaces. The tape must be pressed firmly into the membrane using a nylon roller or rubber spatula. Ensure the tape is centred over the joint with at least 2 cm of adhesion on each surface.
