Customer Visit at Kongerslev Kalk

Last week, we visited Kongerslev Kalk A/S together with our colleagues Helle Rasmussen, Dorte Vangsø, and Marianne Bang. The visit aimed to follow up on ongoing projects and gain hands-on insight into the company’s daily operations.

We were given a detailed tour of the active chalk quarry and facilities, where we had the opportunity to see production up close and discuss materials, packaging solutions, and logistics.

Thanks to the great weather, it was easy to move around the site, and the surroundings provided the perfect setting for both professional dialogue and informal conversations. At BetaPack, we value experiencing our customers’ reality first-hand – it adds perspective and helps us tailor our advice to their specific needs.

The visit also marked a transition in the customer relationship. Dorte Vangsø, who has long been responsible for the collaboration with Kongerslev Kalk, officially handed over to Marianne Bang. Dorte has played a key role in building a strong, trusted relationship with the customer – a contribution that was recognised and appreciated with flowers and heartfelt thanks from the team at Kongerslev Kalk.

Marianne Bang is now taking over the dialogue and continuing the partnership. With solid experience from similar projects and previous involvement in deliveries, she ensures a smooth and confident handover, maintaining continuity in both knowledge and service.

During the visit, we also had the chance to see the latest packaging solution in action – a recent delivery from BetaPack. Seeing our products in use and hearing how they perform in everyday operations provides valuable feedback and inspiration for future improvements.
