BetaPack is looking for an ambitious and dedicated Product Specialist to strengthen our product expertise and support continued growth in flexible packaging solutions.

About the role

As Product Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving customer and development projects – with a special focus on flexible packaging for the food industry. You will act as the technical link between Sales, Back Office, and suppliers, ensuring value-creating solutions that support BetaPack’s growth strategy.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage projects from idea to implementation in close collaboration with customers, sales, and suppliers
• Contribute to developing and optimising BetaPack’s product portfolio – with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and quality
• Advise customers on packaging solutions and ensure documentation meets legislation and ESG requirements
• Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities – especially in the FMCG segment
• Support BetaPack’s ESG strategy by selecting responsible materials and processes
• Provide technical support to the sales team and customers – including testing and implementing foil and packaging solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers

Over time, you’ll also become a key player in releasing new projects, test runs, and supplier approvals.

Your background

We imagine you have a relevant technical or commercial education in packaging, food, or chemical engineering – and experience with flexible packaging, ideally from the food industry or other industrial contexts. You combine technical insight with strong commercial understanding and have proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

You are used to working with data and documentation in a structured way and bring solid experience with systems such as ERP, PIM, and CRM. At BetaPack, we use HubSpot among others.

Location:
Our head office is located in Hørning, Denmark. You can expect approximately 15–20 travel days per year to customers and suppliers abroad.
