Social responsibility

Employees are BetaPack’s most important asset

We invest in well-being, development, and a flexible working environment so our employees can thrive and perform. At the same time, we take responsibility for inclusion, education, and the workforce of the future.

At BetaPack, it is people who make the difference – every day.

The most important asset at BetaPack is our employees. Their skills and commitment help ensure the company’s continued positive development. Management therefore places strong emphasis on employee well-being and job satisfaction. Preventive measures have been implemented to address wear and tear and workplace accidents, promote health and prevent stress, improve both the psychological and physical working environment, and reduce short- and long-term absenteeism due to illness.

Employee competence development is a high priority. This includes external courses and training as well as participation in professional networks. Each employee’s development plan is agreed with their immediate manager and followed up continuously throughout the year.

It is a priority that all employees have an individual and tailored workstation with the equipment they need to perform their tasks in the best possible way. Flexible working hours and the option to work from home are offered, allowing each employee to find the right balance between work and private life.

The social aspect is highly valued at BetaPack A/S, and a range of different social activities are organised throughout the year.

It is important to BetaPack to take on social responsibility. We therefore work with the inclusion of people who are unable to work under standard conditions. In addition, it is a permanent part of the company’s HR efforts to continuously engage apprentices and interns in selected roles. Looking ahead, BetaPack aims to establish collaborations and partnerships with selected educational institutions. This commitment is intended to help students gain greater insight into job and career opportunities within an SME. We also see it as our responsibility to support newly graduated students in their transition from education to working life.
