Thank you for 2025 – bringing experience and community into the new year

2025 has been a year of many events, important milestones, and new experiences at BetaPack. A year in which we have moved forward – physically, organisationally, and in the way we work together.

The year began with our joint Kick-off, where we brought the organisation together, took stock, and set a clear direction for the focus areas that would shape the year. It provided a strong starting point and a shared understanding of where we were heading.

One of the major milestones of the year has been the realisation of our new headquarters in Hørning – from the initial plans to the first groundbreaking and a construction project that is now truly taking shape. The new headquarters will form an important framework for BetaPack’s continued development and serve as a central meeting point for employees, customers, and partners alike.

2025 has also introduced new requirements and frameworks within the industry. Work related to extended producer responsibility has been a significant focus, requiring time, resources, and adjustments in our day-to-day operations. It has been a valuable learning process, providing insights and experience that we will carry forward.

Amid all of this, there has also been room for community and shared experiences beyond the meeting rooms. During the year, we foraged herbs that – in collaboration with Njord – were later transformed into our very own BetaPack gin. A project that brought us together across teams and reminded us of the importance of curiosity, collaboration, and good spirits.

We would like to thank our customers and partners for their trust, dialogue, and collaboration throughout the year – and not least our employees for their commitment, flexibility, and dedication during a year of many changes.

We look ahead to 2026 with ambition, experience in our backpacks, and a strong desire to continue building on what we have created together.
