We’re Hiring: Key Account Manager – Project Sales

BetaPack is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Key Account Manager – Project Sales with a passion for long-term customer relationships, proactive sales, and delivering value to contractors, modular builders, and housebuilders.
About the role
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving and expanding project sales across Denmark. While all sales are invoiced through BetaPack’s retail partners – the country’s leading builders’ merchants – you’ll play a central role in generating value for both end-customers and partners through your commercial mindset and technical insight.
You will manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation and needs assessment to solution proposals and final delivery. You’ll also be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to delivery
- Build strong partnerships with contractors, modular builders, and housebuilders
- Conduct needs assessments and provide technical advice on solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up systematically on projects
- Own and grow key customer accounts
- Identify new market and project opportunities through networks and data
- Coordinate with Sales Management on pricing, agreements, and strategy
- Ensure seamless project coordination with internal teams and suppliers
- Attend trade fairs, industry events, and networking meetings
- Use CRM (HubSpot) and SMART (Byggefakta) for pipeline and sales management
What we’re looking for
You have solid experience in project sales within the construction industry – preferably with knowledge of the contractor or housebuilder segments. You bring a strong understanding of building materials and construction methods, combined with a structured and proactive sales approach.
You are a confident communicator, skilled negotiator, and natural relationship-builder. You enjoy identifying opportunities and driving sales forward, and you are used to working with CRM systems and digital sales tools. Experience with HubSpot and SMART is an advantage but not a requirement.

Location
Our head office is located in Hørning. Frequent travel across Denmark for customer visits and project meetings should be expected.
